Aimee Newton Osteopath and Yoga Teacher

Aimee has been fantastic. I've injured myself before by trying to do too much too soon, but Aimee has set me up with a well thought out regime to suit my fitness level (and age!) and I can feel the benefits/results already.

I was in a lot of pain due to a trapped nerve and I was given pain killers by my gp but I take enough medication so decided to try an osteopath. I looked online for any near where I live and Aimees name came up so I booked an appointment. I can honestly say that Aimee is amazing at what she does, shes very warm and friendly and explains exactly what shes doing so you can understand and after several appointments my pain was under control. She even gave me advice on some exercises to do as I have problems with my knees and cant do a lot, she gave me a name of someone who runs low impact exercise classes online which Ive been doing for several weeks now and Im beginning to feel better about myself. I have been having treatment with Aimee for over 6 months now for my various differing ailments! I find her expertise and extensive knowledge on how my body needs to be treated very comforting. I always come away from appointments with much less pain and moving better. Thank you!

Aimee is amazing! I was suffering from pain in my upper right arm for 9 months and was getting quite worried. After just one session and doing some movements Aimee sent me via video, the pain had almost completely disappeared! It was such a relief! I've also done a few of Aimee's yoga classes and have found them very beneficial. She has a very calming voice and I always feel so much better after her classes. I highly recommend Aimee. She is a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to.
