        Had the most amazing Recharge Reflexology session with Louise at Place Eight Wellness today - floated out of the therapy room! Really relaxed atmosphere and lovely premises. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

        I had the most amazing treatment today with Ellen. She calls it a Pilates Facial but is so much more than that. Ellen is very knowledgeable and the treatment includes back, neck, shoulder and face massage as well which were divine. She uses incredible essential oil based products. You can visibly see the difference; less lines and my face is glowing. Highly recommended and Place Eight Wellness is such a beautiful space too

        What an absolute treat! I had the most relaxing reflexology treatment with Louise yesterday - I'd never had reflexology before but I loved it - slept really well afterwards and feel generally much more balanced and energised today. The venue and treatment rooms are beautifully appointed, comfortable and soothing. Can't wait for the addition of the yoga studio! Highly recommended, I will be back :) Thank you, Louise!
