Im so grateful to Michelle for solving a long term shoulder problem. I had suffered for about 10 years with a frozen shoulder , I had received cortisone injections and was told the next step would be surgery, with. 50/50 chance of success. Michelle recommended treatment and exercises, so with 3 visits over 6 weeks I can happily say that for the last 4 years not only am I pain free, but overall I am more subtle and ache free, which at my age is a joy! All my friends, mainly golfers, who have had treatment from Michelle all praise her and recommend her to others. Her knowledge and friendly demeanour makes her a joy to know.

I have been seeing the lovely Michelle for treatment in Swanbourne regularly for a little while now due to lower back problems, and also to help with general wellbeing and posture - Can't recommend enough! Michelle puts you at ease immediately, always welcoming, friendly and professional. Spotless environment and above all such a knowledgeable and personable practitioner, and my problems have really improved! Michelle explains as she goes the reasons behind what she is doing and how these will help going forward- I've learnt so much about how the body/muscles work! Now visit mainly just for regular maintenance/check ups for alignment/posture etc. Thoroughly recommend.

I have visited Michelle several times during the last month as a result of suffering from a bad back sustained whilst lifting too much which made it extremely difficult to walk etc . As a result of the treatments received I am completely free of pain and have had my posture corrected. I would certainly recommend Innata Chiropractic.
