Chilled Red

Its great that Chilled Red has reopened and we had a really tasty 3 course meal with very good choices and a bottle of the Chilled Red favourite French Malbec.

Me and my fianc tried to get in to this restaurant last year (april) with no luck of anyone answering the phone and the restaurant looking closed every time we walked past it. This year (April 2023) we managed to figure out that the restaurant is open from 6pm on I think a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (could be wrong). Anyway, we booked in and the food was quite frankly incredible. Seriously amazing with excellent service. Everyone was really friendly and we felt very welcomed. The food was also really well priced. I read some reviews about the interior being cold and having no ambience, this I agree with which I why I am knocking one star off. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place though.

Fantastic meal. Best we have had in Swanage! Every course tasted delicious and was presented beautifully - and generous portions too! I could have chosen everything off the menu. Lovely staff too. Will definitely be back.

I have just realised that for some reason my name is against a 1 star review for Chilled red, I had to rectify this as we dined here twice while on a weeks holiday 4 years ago and id give the place 10 stars if I could, singularly one of the best dining experiences we have ever had
