Having left messages for local Swanage plumbers to call back with out success, I wasn't expecting much when I then fired off an email to JSB Plumbing at gone 5pm one evening. To my surprise I got an email back that same evening from Jon who then booked an appointment to visit to look at the cause of a leak from tanks in my loft. He was very thorough and was able to diagnose the cause which was not immediately obvious and had been missed aby another plumber in the past. He also had spare parts in his van so no bumping up his bill whilst he headed off to the local plumbers merchants...I have now booked him in to service my boiler. His rates we also very reasonable - a good find!

The work was completed well and Jon explained all the work that was needed. Tidy and efficient . I would highly reccomend Jon for his quality of work and his positive and welcoming approach

I met Jon 9 years ago when he installed a new boiler and 10 rads, which have worked perfectly ever since. Over the years, I've had new shower installed, kitchen refit, etc. All his work has been meticulous and long lasting. This gives absolute confidence and peace of mind. I do all trade work for myself, bar plumbing, as Jon is fast, competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with. In 9 years, he's never let me down or even turned up late, not once. I'm gutted he's moved away, which prompted me to write this review for him. I'm even thinking of moving to Dorset, just to have a great plumber! An outstanding professional who can't be bettered. 10/10

Done several jobs for us including overhauling all the radiators. He has done an excellent job with good communication and good follow up to sort out a few loose ends.
