Well Swanage - 22 Station Road

I received very kind and helpful service today. Im staying in Swanage for a few days and I forgot to collect my prescription before leaving my home in Buckinghamshire. The friendly staff phoned my surgery and had my prescription ready for me within 10 minutes. Very much appreciated!

Called continuesly from 08:30-14:30 and got no answer but they did lift and drop the phone a couple times terrible service by any standard

We called yesterday because my wife had a bit of an itchy spot on her wrist. The chemist was very helpful and suggested a hydrocortisone cream. Unfortunately they were out of this. He then volunteered to go to another shop nearby to get us some. It took him 10 minutes in all to get us this cream. The chemist acted well over and above the call of duty. Thank you.

So, I'm in agony, not too strong a word for it (unfortunately) with gout. Got a prescription emailed through to Well to collect when I'm able to do so. Great. Thank God, relief a few hours away. But no, hang on Well DON'T OPEN SATURDAYS . In this day and age!?!?!?!? Mental.
