Shoppers Beware !!!! what a disappointment that I have had to complain 4times about the service I received From Michaela and her co worker in this shop. I wanted to exchange a hoodie which I bought the previous day for one the next size up because it was too small for my 2.5yr old Grandson who had fallen into the sea and I had to buy all new clothes for that day for him. Just to be clear Makayla was adamant from the moment i presented her with the item that she was not going to exchange the hoodie for what ever reason .... I could not keep up with, because they kept changing. I found her extremely unhelpful. I had my grandson with me and demonstrated to her that the Hoodie would literally just go over his head and in fact he was very upset because it was too tight so I dont know why she thought it had been worn Because she certainly did not imply that to me, in fact she told me she could not change it without a receipt, then said that the lady that served me {Who had made the transaction} was able to do so but was not in until the next day (conveniently). I was leaving early that day because I have a very important appointment to keep at home. When I asked her to check the till roll she declined and Said it was impossible because it was computerised (how do you do your stocktaking / expenses )? Surely you know how much you have made? Oh yes. And then it was because the tags were taken off, Even though she knew that the lady that served me took the tags off so that he cld put on the clothes. I explained to her that William was wearing the T-shirt and shorts that I also purchased when he left the shop (not the hoodie). If this were true then I would have known it did not fit him before I left the shop. I think I have been treated very badly. I asked her for a contact where i cld complain, she gave me a number and email which was not a head office and was intact her co worker who then repeated the same thing and said that Mchaela told her it had been worn!!! and that was why she wouldn't exchange it!!! as i said previously i demonstrated to her that it was too tight when i took it back so i don't know why she said that. Good prices for walking boots and shoes. Lady on shop was helpful. Selection of children's and adults clothing and footwear. Sells Levi shoes and casual footwear too. Worth a visit.

Really helpful and fantastic customer service. Very happy boy looking forward to showing off his jacket at school on Monday. We will be back for the next size up when he grows out of this one. Thank you.
