        I stayed at The Rookery whilst working locally on a film project. Charlene & Alan couldn't have been more accommodating,the room was immaculate, breakfast was amazing. All local produce, handmade sausages & black pudding was another level. Although my stay was work related they honestly made me feel like I was on a little holiday. I can't recommend The Rookery enough. So much so, I'll definitely be returning with my wife & daughter in the future.

        I visited Swanage for the first time now. I love the sea, the paths for walking and the town in general. But this B&B made the trip even more special! Alan is such a nice and funny guy who we loved talking to. The room and the breakfast were amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable, the tea and cookies were filled up daily and we were able to fill out a piece of paper for breakfast where we could decide specifically what we wanted to eat. And when we needed more tea, Alan brought it without any hesitation! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to visit Swanage! I will come back for sure!
