        Jon and Lou offer a remarkably friendly and comfortable service. They are right in the town centre so it is easy to explore all that Swanage has to offer on foot. Lou has all the local knowledge you could hope for and great choices for breakfast. Tea and coffee in the room very pleasant. Room is modest sized (there is a larger one too) which some visitors might find a little 'snug'. But for an overnight stay it is comfortable and ideal. Would have no hesitation in recommending Gretenham B&B.

        Excellent B&B just up the road from the beach. We stayed recently for a night and the hosts were so friendly and helpful, even holding a parking space right opposite the house for us. Our room (the sea view room) was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast the next morning was cooked exactly as we wanted. Wed definitely stay again!
