        I ordered an item on behalf of my father for him to give as a birthday present for my mother. It hadn't arrived 4/ 5 days after ordering it so I emailed them and a lady (I presume the manager/owner) got back to me quickly and said that she will check what happened to the parcel and will send another 1st class (via the postoffice) if they didn't get back to her. Which is exactly what she did and he recieved it the next day. I was very impressed with the way this was handled (and my mum was very happy with her birthday present.)

        Lovely little shop for all your gifts and trinkets. Very reasonably priced and so much to look at! Its hard to walk away without buying anything at all.

        Love this shop but always hard to stop look and move round,as so popular, but go in every time we visit Swanage ,one of the main reasons for visiting Swanage, definitely as the right name.
