        Robin was extremely helpful in resolving an internet connectivity problem with my laptop. I only had 45mins to fix the issue before having to go on a video conference call. Robin understood the problem and told me how to solve it using a different component to what I had in mind. He then kindly lent me an adapter for my meeting which literally saved the day. Robin was knowledgeable, helpful and went the extra mile to fix my problem for me, and I would recommend his services to anyone.
