        I see Naomi once a week, one on one lessons. I find it very rewarding. Naomi is very professional, she understands your needs, each week she is very happy to concentrate on what is required for that session!

        Naomi's classes are excellent. I can feel the improvement week by week and my lower back pain has gone. Went to the chiropractor today for my regular check up and she was amazed at my improvement. Most of the adjustments she usually has to make were not needed.

        Ive been attending Naomis Pilates classes for about 18 months. Naomi is a great instructor: always guides you if you are not doing the exercise correctly to get the most benefit from the class as well as giving consideration to any aches, pains or injuries you may have! It has really improved my core strength, posture and my running stamina.
