Asked for tree removal (done no problems) and the lawn levelled (large area needed to be raised) and returfed to create an infinity pool look with grass and the retaining wall. Broke retaining wall copings with digger ramp and never came back to repair. This week I found a slab under my grass that wasn't there beforehand. Recent heavy rain washed soil away to reveal. My grass is NOT level, even when I pointed it out they did nothing and underneath the turf is lumpy as didn't flatten / pat it down properly. Wish I'd never paid them the full amount until it was sorted. Still disappointed 3 years on Services: Grading & resloping, Turf management, Gardening services

Cannot thank Curtis Lawns & Gardens enough for transforming our new build 'building site' looking garden into a garden we are excited to spend time in!! Fresh looking new lawn and an extension to our small patio. Our experience with Curtis Lawns and Gardens was bad. The promised start date was in April 2022 and the work didnt begin until the July. We were promised the work would take a week and it took nearly 8 (with significant gaps and delays where teams were pulled on to other jobs). We were left with machinery sitting in our small garden for long periods of time. Jordan was impossible to get hold of and his employees were disrespectful of him which didnt give us confidence. They lied about the jobs which had been completed and we still have snags which will now be paying for someone else to resolve. If you have a small garden I would avoid. Service: Garden landscaping
