Lucas Plumbing & Heating

I had the old gas blow heating with an old boiler that would never warm the house. I was recommended Lucas plumbing and gave them a call the service was great they replaced the boiler took out the old system along with water tank put radiators throughout the house. They were efficient responsible and delivered a high quality of service. The price I paid I think was value for money and I'm very happy with the service. will certainly be calling them yearly to maintain my heating system. Have to mention George who did an excellent job throughout.

I have used this company for years and booked in my annual boiler service 2 months ago. I thought I would be given some priority for the day given the advance booking. Instead I was told after chasing them at 3.30pm that the plumber would be here at 4.30pm, on a Friday. Seriously! I was told I shouldnt be annoyed. Well I am. Enough to give this very rude and inconsiderate company this review. Customer Service is zero stars.
