Clients / staff may well be very satisfied & receive a high standard of service, however as a prospective employee who applied to work for them then the treatment was shoddy & they came across as extremely disorganized. Via email I was told to call to arrange an interview which I did, spoke to a lady who arranged my interview & stated she would email me confirmation of interview time, the address & what docs to bring along ect, email never arrived...fair enough, so I called back a few days later, interview date / time was rearranged (seemed to have been forgotten) & same lady stated she had my number & would text me confirmation details / address ect...text never came, I should by now have taken the hint. I called on the day of the scheduled interview just to confirm, same lady told me she could no longer uphold the interview as scheduled. And so had I not of called I would have wasted both time & money travelling to their office for nothing, no courtesy or regard from the company letting me know the interview was cancelled, the whole process just a complete waste of time, could not recommend applying to work for them.
