Emails were initially ignored before finally receiving a response from the Managing Director with the classic excuse of my emails being missed due to them going straight into their junk mail. I was promised that this would be looked into ASAP. I never heard back. I've chased a few times over the last three months with no joy! I would personally avoid ordering online from this company.
