Mum needed an emergency prescription and we are on holiday, phoned 111 and they suggested well. Well phoned back saying her medicine in stock. What more can I say? I worried all night, however well swaffham came to the rescue, to me they are super heroes. If only they were my local pharmacy. Thank you well

Really helpful and great;prompt service. I phoned up for an elderly family member's emergency prescription the previous day, asking for specific medication as she was away for a few days, without which she would probably would have been hospitalized. Initially said try another pharmacy as only had stock of one strength in stock but rang me back promptly to say have got the strength she needs in stock. Thank you Lauren. for a great service in this pbusybperiod

Terrible pharmacy. STAY AWAY!! While waiting in a long queue (not their fault) a man in front of her was told they don't have his medication and they would not be able to get it. This was simple hydrocortisone cream, but not my business really. I was told the same thing about my son's medication, and also told they wouldn't be able to get it. They knew for almost 2 weeks they wouldn't have it, but didn't let us know. They said they can't call everyone, so the solution we to just not tell me to "call around". They CALL get these medications, but will not help costumiers it by putting in the effort. They are lying when they say they can't get it, because they CAN! They are choosing not to find other suppliers because they simply don't care. Every pharmacy had access to the same drug suppliers, which is why you can call around and get it somewhere else. Well simply don't care enough about customer service to put in the effort. Use an online delivery service. It's free and they will ensure they find your medications. This place i simply does not value customers.
