Absolutely awful rude receptionists on phone for over half hour this morning - went from 36 in queue down to 1st only to be told that there were no more calls left for today - hubby has R.A and has just finished his 2nd course of antibiotics with no effect at all - spoke to a doctor last week for her to tell him to go to the chest clinic at the hospital she gave him his 2nd course of antibiotics but it was 2 on 1st day and 1 thereafter for 6 days (i thought you needed at least 3 times a day, not that i'm a doctor) and she also asked him to do a spit test, that went in last Wednesday - no results whatsoever - it is still green can't believe they are still using covid as a reason for no face to face contact with doctors - rant over

Lesyoung910 Vauxhall123! - We really wish that the impacts of COVID on staff absences were only felt in 2021. Even 2 weeks ago, we had dispensary staff off with the virus (as well as other surgery staff). However, the worst of COVID absences do now seem to be over and we will be amending the dispensary opening hours from next week on. The dispensary afternoon opening will run from 2:30pm, so that medication can be collected as part of the afternoon 'school run', whilst also allowing for the increased dispensary workloads due to other NHS Community Pharmacy issues .

So they defided to cut hours last year due to Covid, opening at 3pm instead of 2 .They are still closed until 3pm very inconvenient.

Never been refused to see a doctor even on the day of ringing don't mind which doctor i see can't fault them receptionist also very friendly and helpful Got worse since pandemic they treat you over the phone now we have to order our medication everytime When it was done automatically
