Andrew Francis Funeral Service

Got my grandad's date of birth and death incorrect on the booklet (possibly copied and pasted?) And they didn't print his obituary in the paper as promised, so no-one else knew he had passed away and did not attend the wake for which we'd catered for lots of people. We felt it was a bit unprofessional.

This time I have to say unfortunately I had to use this type of service. But I have to share my positive experience with the business. Very professional, reassuring and supportive team. Cannot fault Andrew Francis' team. Daryle with his down to earth, no nonsense approach in the Kings Lynn office was really kind to my elderly mother in law. Nothing too much trouble including staying late then meeting us on a Sunday to sort out arrangements. I must admit to being nervous about working with such a small budget but they did my father in law proud. Everything was perfect from the beautiful wicker casket, to them handling the day itself with dignity & respect. The service at Mintlyn Crematorium was lovely too. Sadly I've been to many services not only for my own parents but for many residents at the care home I work at and although heartbreaking saying goodbye to someone taken suddenly and too soon - this lovely company made it an occasion everyone agreed were fantastic from start to finish. Thank you!!
