        Went for a Sunday lunch. Very helpful over the phone and we made a reservation. They were ready for us when we arrived and the carvery was well stocked. The beef was very good and we all enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and attentive and all our orders were correct.

        Popped in on the off chance to see if they were doing lunch. Very good fish and chips. Got rather comfortable and stayed chatting with the landlady for ages. Will be coming back with the dogs to try the breakfast. Oh, and pay for the apple pie that we forgot to pay for. Oops. Apologies.

      image Went for a Sunday lunch. Very helpful over the phone and we made a reservation. They were ready for us when we arrived and the carvery was well stocked.
