Waited an hour and a half today to talk to a very rude receptionist. Refused to give me an appointment as they only go Emergencys now. I thought thats what hospitals were for and doctors were for all the other stuff. Abismal turly shocking, I have sent a complaint in asking to be removed from the system and I honestly say I hope this surgery closes down very soon so that one that actually cares about its patients can open in its place and bring it back to what it once way.

Priors Field has in the past always been a well oiled machine with the patients care at the centre. The only real problem was the state of the seating area. However, since the merger with the Fenland group, the off- site receptionist are far from helpful and need instant customer care training to weedle out the undercurrent of sarcasm in their tone (not all just a couple) the online booking portal needs a complete overhaul by someone who understands IT as some of the repetitive questions are tedious and the on hold music is enough to send any sound of mind individual insane. It is such a shame when they fix something which wasn't broke in the first place. My heart goes out to the staff. One can only hope this is a period of fettling and improvements follow soon.

Absolutely atrocious service. If this was any kind of private enterprise customers would just go elsewhere but knowing people havent got the same choice they get away with whatever they want. Spent 45 minutes on phone entering at fifth in queue. Got to 1pm and up to number 1 in queue and line went dead. Well they must have their lunch!
