The Widescreen Centre

Snobby and dismissive, essentially told me to go elsewhere when I described the issues I was having with my lad's beginner (although expensive) telescope which I needed serviced. They declined due to the fact I had not purchased the telescope through them. A very awkward and embarrassing interaction with the rep which seemed akin to asking them to put a car tire on a bicycle. It left me bewildered and angry. I will never go to them again. Apologies, I realise they have a lot of great reviews here I just had a really bad experience and as a scientist and dad to a lad who is mad on outer space I had expected better from my contemporaries.

I've recently purchased a few items from The Widescreen Centre and Simon has been very helpful and informative. He made sure that I had all the equipment and accessories that I needed before I purchased them. After the purchase, Simon helped me with any questions that I needed to know the answers to. Very happy with the knowledge and experience. Excellent service.

The purchase was made online from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dealing with them was special, and they were understanding people, and they helped me with shipping options. I advise everyone to deal with them

I was searching for a ZWO AM5 and almost everywhere was out of stock and awaiting new supplies from China, however these were delayed due to the Chinese New Year. I emailed The Widescreen Centre after seeing they had one in stock. I was shocked to receive a reply just 2 mins later from Elena confirming that they had stock and that the courier was due imminently. I placed my order straight away and was very happy to get confirmation that it had been dispatched by courier and I would receive it the following day - which I did! Extremely happy with the AM5 and the excellent customer service from Elena at The Widescreen Centre!
