        We can not thank Roly enough. Our air source heat pump was showing an error code but as we are not in his area he talked us through how sort the problem on a Whatsapp video call. He was most helpful and did this out of the goodness of his heart. I sincerely wish Roly was closer to us so we could use him for the servicing of our heat pump.
