Everyone is so friendly and helpful and Paul, our instructor, strives to build great relationships with both the adults and children. Paul is passionate and dedicated to Kuksool and is very motivational. He encourages us and is very patient which has meant that both my kids and I have made great progress since starting at the club and have learnt a range of kicks, punches, techniques, forms and weapons.
We have also learnt how to spar and fall without hurting ourselves. Paul keeps us on our toes with fast paced classes and likes to mix it up so that not every class is the same.
