My train came up as delayed and I asked for advise from one of the staff members to be told that I dont know but dont use logic What does this mean? I continued to question why the train is late and do you know how long? To be met with sarcasm and rude comments like get a cab and lets kill this conversation I asked if he could phone the other stations to find out more information and all he says is there is nothing he could do? These services have gone up in price. Please tell me why when you have rude employees. Others around me were asking normal questions and agreed that the staff should be more apologetic and less rude and sarcastic, Sandor was extremely rude and unpleasant. TfL please hire nice informed staff

What does this mean?
I continued to question why the train is late and do you know how long?
