Greeted with a warm friendly welcome. Explained my ongoing issue with my upper back and with restricted movement of my neck. 2 deep tissue sessions later, all the tension in my back is gone with full movement back in my neck. Would highly recommend a visit. I will definitely will be going back.

My 2nd time seeing Cordelia and again beyond satisfied. She fully works the whole body and also focuses on the areas I have the most pain. Cordelia starts by asking me where Im feeling the most pain and then works out all the areas the pain is coming from, and spreading to due other muscles overcompensating. Thank you once again!

I was waking up each morning with bad headaches and a stiff neck. I visited Cordelia for the first time for deep tissue head, neck & shoulder massage and reflexology. Cordelia was amazing! A thorough massage with particular attention to the real knotty bits and whilst a bit tender afterwards (as I expected I would be), I felt so much better with the stiff neck gone. I havent woken with a headache since. Happy to recommend Cordelia and I will definitely be visiting her again.
