I have loved my sessions with Denyse! Every session has been varied and Denyse has made me feel so comfortable and at ease in the gym. Denyse has taken me across all areas of the gym doing circuit reps, using the TRX systems, free weights and weight machines. I'd be going to the gym for two years before my sessions with Denyse and using free weights and the cardio machines but my routine was stuck in a rut and exercising wasnt really making a difference to my body shape. Denyse has given me so many more ideas and sparked my joy for exercise. Ive been able to try new things that I wouldnt feel confident or safe doing alone but Ive learnt so much from my sessions with Denyse and feel I can go back into the gym and continue to build strength and tone my body with all these new exercises. Thank you Denyse for making our sessions so fun and challenging! I would recommend you to anyone looking for a dedicated and committed PT!

I cannot recommend Denyse enough! Denyse is super friendly, supportive, and very knowledgeable and it clearly shows. I have always found it difficult to stay motivated to work out. But with Denyses constant motivation and contagious enthusiasm for training, I now cant wait to work out!! Going to the gym and working out can be quite intimidating, especially if you dont know where to start. Denyse puts you at ease and her guidance and instruction give you an instant confidence boost in your abilities! After an initial chat and assessment, Denyse put a plan in place to help me achieve my fitness goals and I could see results after just a few weeks. Every workout leaves me feeling stronger (and exhausted)!! Training with Denyse has not only helped with my fitness goals it has impacted the way I view my diet. What makes Denyse unique is that her knowledge of fitness is supplemented by her knowledge of nutrition. She was able to give me nutritional guidance too. Denyse makes every workout challenging and does just the right amount of pushing so I always leave feeling a sense of achievement! If you are looking for a personal trainer who helps you change your body and mind, whilst keeping it fun, Denyse is the ONLY person to go to! I really, really cant recommend her enough. :)

Honestly, Denyse has been more than a personal trainer, she made me enjoy every session with her. She helped me will all the informations I needed to meet my goals. She is equally friendly and makes workout for beginners fun though she makes sure you put in the work and encourages you to push yourself. I will highly recommend Denyse as she does not only help set a plan for you to meet your goals, she walks the journey with you and makes you feel comfortable and confident to try new workout techniques and get health benefit informations from her at all time. So far training with Denyse I can definitely see result. It was been a fun journey with Denyse as I am now very knowledgeable on the right workout techniques and right nutrition plan to follow towards meeting my goals.
