Leaders Letting & Estate Agents Sutton

So a couple of comments on this estate agent who I will avoid if your a tenant. The property pictures are inaccurate and deceiving with a lot of editing to make the property look nice. Second of all I saw a property advertised for 2200 recently. Same day I was told it was a mistake and it is 2500. Few days later they claimed the price of 2500 was reduced. Stinks of foul play,

My partner and I had an awful experience with the leaders Lettings team. Experience was bad enough that next time if we see a house which is managed by Leaders I can easily forget it and spend my time and energy searching for a different house. Hope others doesn't have experience like us. Also to the management team, Instead of responding to each review with a generic response it would be better to understand the problem and try to not repeat.
