I had a terrible experience at this garage. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, even using foul language when speaking to me. I felt completely disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I strongly advise against giving them your business. 23/03/2023 I recently shared my negative experience at your garage and was disappointed by your response, in which you claimed that I am not a customer of yours. I want to reiterate that I did, in fact, visit your establishment and encountered the unprofessional behavior I described in my review. Dismissing legitimate feedback by denying that the reviewer is a customer not only undermines the credibility of your business but also sends a message that you do not take customers' concerns seriously.
