Mulgrave Road Surgery

I really must upgrade my review 23/3/23 Caroline has been extremely helpful today but always is I have to say thank you does not seem enough. whilst there were issues not the direct result of most gps ect I am sure , stand by my review prior to the pandemic we don't appreciate what we have got at this surgery good doctors nurses receptionists ect But last year my husband had an injury he very rarely sees the gp ect but needed to 5 phone appointment later including half hour consultation with the physio 6 months of agony and sleep less nights for both of us as a result of a miss diagnosis how is that the best use of every body's time perhaps you should take this back to the decision makers as I fear he has another injury and the same thing will happen if he does not get a face to face appointment I am sorry some of the other reviewers are so rude every one is frustrated 2 appointments in one day phone appointment and face to face how lucky am I .2 weeks ago surely this is a waste of every body's time what is going on just one rude receptionist lynda upsets things for every one still very distressing when are we going to be able to just book an appointment even in advance with out running the gauntlet

The receptionist was ridiculous. I called and she told me to visit the clinic next day. When I did, she said I didnt have an appointment. As I observe, the receptionist is friendly particularly to white people. Such fantastic service that it doesnt even deserve a star.
