        Charger isnt switched on and found out from the man in the petrol station that it hasnt worked for weeks. Asked why they hadnt put a sign up but he didn't seem to care. If I were you I would plan to use another charger.

        These chargers have worked well for several months but in the past two weeks there have been numerous issues. I have attempted to charge 3 times on both chargers and each time the charger fails to connect to the vehicle. I involved Shell customer support and they helpfully attempted to restart the charger twice, but it still failed. Seems to be very hit and miss at the moment with some people succeeding. Two stars because customer service tried to resolve the issue. Technology like this really should be much more reliable. Instavolt manage to score very highly on reliability so come on Shell! Imagine how quickly a broken petrol pump would get fixed...feels like it isn't a top priority to me
