Robin Hood Lane Surgery

You are called 47! I had a 40 minutes wait on the phone to get through to reception, only to be asked to call back after 1pm! With no guarantee of help then either! THIS WORKING PRACTICE ISN'T WORKING!!!! IT NEEDS CHANGING- PLEASE!!! -Have a recorded message that says morning appointments are fully booked please ring back after 1pm so you aren't being kept on the phone for no reason! It's outrageous! I appreciate the challenges the surgery faces but it's not right to give sick patients false hope. You would only wait 40 minutes if the situation was urgent. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. My options were call back later, call 111. Or make a complaint. The Doctors' at this surgery are great but how does that help you, if you can never get to speak to them or see them.

Was on hold for 50 minutes to make an appointment for my 3 year old to be told to call back tomorrow. Why are the phone lines open?

I have found all the gps amazing Especially Dr Antonios, and Dr Allen who have gone above and beyond to help me and my children. Only issue is sometimes you have to hold the line a long time to get through.

Thanking the Doctor I saw yesterday evening I feel very lucky and grateful for that to have a face to face when he had exams me for chest infection because I was coughing so bad
