Latest experience (from April 2023)-I can't post a new review from same account I find, having left a previous one. Another success. My ACER Swift laptop ceased working entirely, but all fixed after a few days, by PMM. I rented a laptop from PMM meantime. My previous visit was for a new phone to be set up. Well worth it- saved me so much fiddling around and frustration. PMM are able to assist with a range of devices and issues.

Excellent service, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality service at a reasonable price. I came in because my laptop had lost its wireless connectivity function. I'd previously had my laptop fixed at another shop for the same issue and the job was evidently botched as the issue reappeared a couple of months later. Kashif was able to pinpoint the larger issue and restore the hardware back to it's original state. He even cleaned the laptop (both inside and out) and left the laptop looking brand new. Kashif also phoned me and kept me up to date at every step and finished the work within a single day. This level of customer service and would be hard to match anywhere and was the height of professionalism. If any issues popped up in the future, I would use Kashif without any hesitation.
