        This is the best barber in Sutton as staff are friendly and the haircuts are excellent. However, please can you ensure the store opens as the time advertised. I have turned up first thing in the morning on so many occasions to avoid the queues, but staff are always 10-20 mins late. Today, I arrived at 8:25, and waited until 8:50 (store was meant to open at 8:30) and then left as no staff arrived. Such a waste of time and money, and disappointing.
