        Had them booked in for a 9am aerial installation. No one had showed up by 9:30 so phoned to find out what was happening. No answer so left a message. No one returned the call so at 10:30am called again, this time got through to a lady who didn't know what was going on. She finally called back around 12 to confirm they couldn't make it. Very poor handling. Avoid! Additional note - this sort of behaviour seems to be quite common among these types of company. Be careful who you hire!
