Absolutely do not appreciate being slyly followed around the store as if Im going to steal. They had me questioning whether my subconscious had decided to steal from Next that day and had it written on my back without me knowing. Shopping is already a difficult, overstimulating experience for me so this made me feel super uncomfortable - literally every section I went to, walked out in the end. I think your staff need to be trained to keep to themselves, you have CCTV for a reason right? Looking at your reviews, this isnt the first time either. Just quite offending really!

Terrible service, staff follow you as if you're going to steal something, made us feel extremely uncomfortable! Won't be wasting my money in this store in specific anymore, rather drive away to a more friendly place.

Just had the misfortune of going into Next Macclesfield for an enquiry to my new account - I approached the desk, apologised and mentioned my newness to a Next account and asked if I could make an enquiry about the app, the blond curly haired woman behind the counter was clearly agitated by this. And on seeing my opening off the Next App repeated and repeated several times how can I help, how can I help, how can I help cutting across me interrupting me and not giving a nano second of time for my app to load or for me to show her the issue, before interjecting each time I opened my mouth to speak with can I help, how can I help again. This lady was purposely being far from helpful and was extremely passive aggressive and trying her best to fluster and frustrate, she refused to allow me to speak by constant interruption, simply because my phone app took too many seconds of her time to load. (Approx 6-10 seconds) I left the shop. What a silly immature attitude to take towards a customer. Such a churlish and frankly ridiculously unnecessary exchange- for what end I wonder? this review and customer complaint? 10 points to Slytherin !
