        Support Engineer working at IKONIX TELECOMS, named Luke Bell, has just put the phone down on me refusing to assist changing our telephone queuing system after waiting for two weeks without any support saying he is busy. During dealing with him he has been extremely aggressive, cocky and rude. I am leaving their company and taking legal action.
