Appalling garage. I went to use their air pressure machine and after less than 2 minutes having completed only 2 tyres the machine went back into off mode. When I told this to a member of staff, he told me this was not possible and I must be at fault. When I asked him to check the CCTV he refused, I then asked for my money back which he again refused?. I then reported it to the area manager via Email and was told I would get a response in 3 days. 8 days later I still had not heard anything so made contact again. Finally I was sent an email saying that they had checked the CCTV (which I do not believe or they would have seen that the machine switched off in less than 2 minutes instead of the indicated 4) and Texico were not at fault. Therefore they considered the matter closed. Lies!. Disgusting customer service and when something goes wrong no help at all and the blame is pushed onto the customer. They certainly won't be getting my 80.00 a week filling up. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!!

Disgusting staff arrived 3 minutes to 10 with 6 miles in the tank opened fuel cap and the lady closed the shutters and came out and told us she's closed in a nasty tone . Will not use or recommend this fuel station to anybody they've lost our 80 for refueling and all future customer ! Hopefully they won't last much longer
