Crossing The Chasm Ltd.

I have recently started using Crossing the Chasm for writing up board meeting minutes. The service so far has always been very responsive & efficient. The quality of the work produced is excellent with Crossing the Chasm making useful suggestions on how to improve things! I would be very happy to recommend them to others. It's great to have them as an extra support to a small business.

I have used Crossing the Chasm for a range of business support. Lisa and the team have updated all of my training materials producing a consistent, professional format and checking the content as they went. I have also used CtC to support several disciplinary and grievance procedures where they have taken notes and provided transcripts of the sessions for the official record. The service has always been helpful, responsive, efficient and effective. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. A fantastic resource to have on call to support your business.

Relatively recent users of 'Crossing the Chasm' but very satisfied with the quality of service. Karen typically undertakes our work of Minuting meetings we hold remotely on MS Teams, so online meetings with online Minute taking. Whilst relatively recent addition 'Crossing the Chasm' has assisted in a good number of meetings already and their learning curve has been a short one and successful, with them getting up to speed and providing what we sought in a very short space of time.
