        We recently had a boiler failure which required urgent attention. Adam turned up within a very short period of time, diagnosed the problem(s), made a temporary fix and then ordered the required new parts. He returned as soon as the parts were available and we now once again have a warm house. A really great job that helped us out just when we needed it, so a big thank you. Adam is also extremely polite, efficient with his work, and made me feel completely confident in his abilities. I would highly recommend him.
