        Get an person who speaks and understands english not some aqward kid who doesn't understand what you tell him. Night workers in londis are the worst and incredibly dumb

        Be careful when you want to have the car wash offer! Basically a scam on the car wash offer of buy 3 get 4th free as you must need to pay at kiosks rather than using the machine outside car wash to pay! There is no sign and warning at the car wash station to remind you only after you paid at machine and without any receipt, then you went to the kiosk to ask and they said they cannot offer me any receipt as proof or couldnt refund and repay at kiosk again!

        Rude staff, refused to speak to me and when I tried to speak to him (Sankar) just pointed to the card machine for me to pay. Didn't even have the decency to say its ready. Very Very rude people.

        A 100 from eurocarparks for queuing to use the car wash. I see this has happened before and it keeps happening. Why hasnt this been sorted out? You should have only cameras for the parking bays inside and not for people queing up to use the car wash. As many people I have appealed but probably will be forced to pay it
