Mr Ray Harwood Centro's owner voluntarily pulled out of his/our Shearwater contract at the end of 2022 after our estate directors were unhappy with continued poor delivery of site maintenance issues. We now have another management company who deliver which is a welcomed change for our estate and residents alike. Hopefully Centro will learn valuable lessons for the future.

I have recently had experience of renting with Centro Sutton. Reece and the team were professional from the start and everything ran smooth, however as soon as the property had issues they were quick to say the property was now privately managed. I felt like my money had been taken and all support from them as an agency had disappeared.. my tenancy only lasted 5 months due to this.
