Rachel the nail technician is really sweet and did her best to create the look and feel I wanted. Sadly my nail broke within days of having them done. It was fixed for free within a week. The day I got the first break fixed, another broke, then another and another until I had splits on 6 of my nails which needed to be fixed. When I called to book I explained the situation and to book. I said I would pay for the fix but they tried to blame the fact that my nails had been done elsewhere previously (which incidentally lasted 7 weeks without any breaks!) as the reason for the nails breaking and that I would need to pay for each fix because it was nearly 2 weeks since the breaks. I was happy to pay, but said I felt the product was not good quality - the Manager took the call over and was extremely defensive. She told me if I dont like the product why am I coming to them and I said because I need to get the breaks fixed by her. She then spoke over me and wouldnt let me book an appointment saying I was rude and that they couldnt help me! As a hairdresser myself I know the way I was spoken to was unacceptable and unnecessary and she was just trying to make me wrong when all I wanted to do was rebook and was happy to pay to do so. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BASED ON IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOURE WRONG FOR HAVING A VALID OPINION AND GIVING FEEDBACK.
