The cleaner was inexperienced and slow. She took about 2&Half hours to clean the kitchen. Once done should have mopped the kitchen and moved to another room. The whole house wasnt mopped which is the most important reason we wanted cleaning services. We asked the cleaner to eat lunch, but she didnt want to eat, finally drank a coffee. She got tired after 6 hours of work without eating and she left. Its always tricky to find the right cleaning company when you are using it for the first time but this wasnt worth. The owner is nice and offered me 10 discount but I paid full 90 for 6 hours. Discount doesnt really help me when the work is not done as it should have been. I wont use this service again.

Right from the first point of contact up until the delivery of the service, I found Viktoria Cleaning to be very clear and professional in communication and above all they were very responsive to all my needs. The price quoted did not vary and the lovely people who turned up were on time, extremely polite and efficient. I thoroughly recommend this business. Service: Deep clean
