If i could i would give these -5. They have drawn plans for the addition of a 4th storey on a already 3 storey block at the back of my house - this will completely cut most of the light into my house and garden. Money mercenaries together with its client. If they get get planning permission for this then obviously the Council are in bed with these people

Tried to contact for possible side extension to my existing property, was dealt with very unproffesionally, had to constantly chase and chase before getting anywhere and generally felt like the experience was limited when it came to customer relations.

I used GPA for a new build application. They were helpful and efficient and communication was never really an issue. Approval was achieved and I was happy with their service. Unfortunately thats where it ends with GPA. Since the approval their service is non existent. My contractor has questions (which would take someone 5 mins to answer) about their drawings which is critical for our build but after 3 days of phoning and emailing they have not bothered to acknowledge or respond and have held us up. It feels like if theyre not getting paid they dont want to know. I would avoid and use a company that doesnt ditch you once theyve got paid.
