    A first rate present for my 50th, from my wonderful in-laws! The gift that keeps on giving, as I've thrown myself in to trying lots of new things, and not all bread based either! The course teaches you basic bread making skills, which, while they perhaps feel a little more technical at the time, are so easy to remember and practice again and again, mastering them with ease. Jill passes on some great knowledge and tips which help you understand things like how bread structure is formed and how the ingredients interact with each other. We baked 5 different breads and whilst I have a personal favourite from the course, I've reproduced them all at home. Even tried my hand at a cinnamon loaf! I don't think our house had been without home baked bread (which freezes really well, much to my surprise) since spending the day with Jill & Gary...go on, give it a go, treat yourself or that special someone
