Bought a large better quality shed but when it took time to build and speak to customer service it has been the worst service I have received, I signed a disclaimer because the base was the exact size of the shed and supplied photos but they still refused the build on the day, when I spoke to a so-called customer service person they say it was my fault and I will be charged an extra 180 on top of the 400 already paid for the install, I have no problem paying if I was at fault but what is the point in sending pictures and signing disclaimers if you then refuse to build, this is bad customer service and you need to take some responsibility for your error, I will be seeking legal advice and going to be contacting the trading standards and consumer rights team at citizens advice.

I ordered an 8x10 summerhouse from this company, but when it arrived, I received an 8x8 summerhouse instead. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, as I had clearly specified what I wanted to order. To make matters worse, it took two weeks for the company to collect the incorrect item. This kind of delay was unacceptable, and it caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration. I requested a replacement for the summerhouse that I had originally ordered, but instead of sending a replacement, the company refunded me without my consent. This was completely unacceptable, as I had specifically asked for a replacement and did not want a refund. Overall, my experience with this company was extremely negative. The fact that they sent the wrong item, took so long to collect it, and then refunded me without my consent shows a complete lack of regard for their customers. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere and avoid dealing with this company in the future.

Helios Premium 8x8 Summerhouse. The summerhouse was delivered on time and the delivery guys were very helpful and friendly, they even carried the flat pack round to the back garden which I didnt expect but Im very grateful to them for doing that. The Assembly guys were once again very helpful and friendly and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our purchase it fits our requirements and feels bigger on the inside than 8x8, the quality is very good for the price. The service provided by Mercia has been spot on since the day of purchase and the customer service team has been very helpful and friendly.

A nice product but the instructions are a bit confusing. We ordered a combi-shed so it arrives with all the parts for a shed and all the parts of a greenhouse and three separate instruction manuals. This wouldnt be a problem if they all followed the same order of assembly, but we got there in the end! Shout out to my delivery driver Neil who was an absolute gem.
