Had the tendon in my right bicep torn off because one of their service 90 Drivers pulled off at speed before I was able to get to a seat. The force of his speed propelled me down the bus and I had to grab hold of the nearest rail to halt myself. Thus resulting in tearing the tendon in my right arm. When I reported the incident to them I was given the runaround by the company. Then they just started ignoring me altogether. Used to love their buses, I really did. Now I wouldn't use them if you paid me.

Just want to say a big thank you to Paul Marshall for saving the day on Saturday. I got the pickup place wrong so he came and picked myself and my sister up and took us into Newark to meet up with the bus. We both had a lovely day in York thanks to Paul.

A perfect journey, Phil our lovely driver arrived on time and was a pleasure to meet. The vehicle was amazing - clean, comfy, and everything we needed. Would highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again!
