        Just back from a mini mid week family break. Stunning accommodation & grounds. Love the edition of the families sheep, Alpaca, Chickens, Bee-Hives & Pea-hen. Located behind gates, there's a lovely village to wander to, and a 10 minute walk to the bus stop to York. Prefect for family breaks & small gatherings. There is use of a bbq (weather pending) & a fire pit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

        Amazing place to stay. Just spent 2 nights here with family. The house was very clean and tidy. All the bedrooms are en suit with amazing showers. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Really lovely living area with a large TV and plenty of comfy seating. The place is heated under floor so very nice and warm even when it was -2 outside. Outside there is a huge wooded area which is nice to walk around. My toddler loved the sheep and alpaca too.
