Can't recommend Solem Construction enough. They leant over backward to give a sterling job on our extension, managing a very difficult job with true professionalism, craft and hard work. We appreciated their work so much so that we got them back in to convert our basement into a guest annexe. We live in the Pateley Bridge area and would be more than happy to give a reference. We have since recommended them to 3 other people (one of which was my sister, in Leeds) who also had a brilliant and positive experience.

Solem worked with us over a couple of years . They were incredibly flexible to our unique needs , super patient and responsive to a changing brief . They were a joy to have in our home and always thoughtful about having to work around a young family . We could not have done the work we did whilst living in a building site with many builders but they made it so easy . Couldn't recommend them enough .

Excellent company for building work and project management. We have now used Solem Construction for 3 building projects between 2012 and 2021 and at all times their work has been to the highest standard.. Highly professional approach with excellent communication. Handle all aspects of building with great experience. Work is finished to a very high standard and to cost.
